Press the button

Press the button on your personal emergency pendant, talking pendant, fall detection pendant, room and hallway button, or the large emergency button on the base station itself.

The console is designed for discreet tabletop or bedside placement and features a large emergency button.

After pressing your pendant or the system’s help button, you will now be connected directly with one of our highly trained and dedicated emergency operators.

Receive a Response

Once connected, you’ll hear the operator’s voice emit from the system’s powerful two-way speaker located on the front of the console. If you have the talking pendant you’ll communicate with the operator through its own two-way speaker.

Talk freely with the ResponseNow operator; they are there to help! Whether you need emergency services or simply a friend or family member, we’ll be sure to stay on the line until that help arrives or you feel comfortable ending the call.

Help is on it’s way

If communication can’t be established, we’ll take the steps necessary to ensuring your safety.

While each account is unique, this generally includes dispatching emergency services and then notifying any family members, loved ones, friends or neighbors for whom we have contact information.

Medical emergencies can be an unsettling experience but with a ResponseNow medical alert system, you can have peace of mind knowing your safety is in sure hands.
